My students and I created a mural during our Empowered Education A.R.T. Initiative program in Pakistan. I taught the girls about environmentalism and the importance of saving water, because Pakistan is currently experiencing extreme water shortages. It is incredibly important to educate children about the vitality of saving our planet and its natural resources. I tried to get this message across in a fun and interactive way by creating a mural with my students & for many of them, this was their favorite part of the program!
